Acosta ran 1:36.488 and was 191 thousandths of a second ahead of Japan’s Ai Ogura (Kalex), who crashed almost at the end of the session, with Italian Celestino Vietti (Kalex) in third position.
He is also Italian Tony Arbolino (Kalex), the most direct rival of the category leader, At first he had to settle for the ninth positionbetween Belgian Barry Baltus and British Sam Lowes, all on Kalex tracks.

Arón Canet (Kalex) finished in seventh place, with Fermín Aldeguer (Boscoscuro), thirteenth, Albert Arenas (Kalex), who also suffered an accident without consequences, fifteenth, ahead of Alonso López (Boscoscuro), with Marcos Ramírez (Kalex), eighteenth; Sergio García Dols (Kalex), twentieth, ahead of Izan Guevara and Manuel González, with Jeremy Alcoba and Borja Gómez behind and all on Kalex tracks.
