FIRST.— The said information confirms the firm belief that Mr. Rosell has consistently harbored that, behind his unfair preventive detention of nearly two years, requested by the Prosecutor’s Office and approved by Judge Carmen Lamela, dark interests of the political and/or economic nature of interested third parties hurt you.

SECOND.— That Mr. Rosell celebrated the fact that, thanks to press investigations, the existence of such interests has finally emerged and the thesis that his incarceration was due to an unfavorable error of judicial judgment, which is the explanation. that the competent authorities offer after two years that, without cause, Mr. Rosell was deprived of his freedom.

THIRD.— That, notwithstanding the foregoing, there are still many unanswered questions: Commissioner Villarejo and the patriotic police, in addition to investigating Mr. Rosell in the framework of the Catalonia operation, also received money from to individuals to investigate him? What was Villarejo’s relationship with the FBI agents in charge of the rogatory commissions sent from the USA to Spain?
