The Brazilian forward Anthonyfrom Manchester United, entered the announcement of his team for this Tuesday’s match in the Champions League against Galatasarayafter missing the last five games due to abuse complaints.
Antony, who has not been suspended from work and pay since being separated from the group, denied all allegations. The player remained in Brazil for several days, where he was not charged or arrested, until he returned to England last week and, after testifying before Manchester police, received the club’s approval to return to training.
His former partner Gabriela Cavallin accused him of abuse, while two other women, Rayssa de Freitas and Ingrid Lana, accused him attack.
Cavallin detailed to a Brazilian media Antony hit him on the head, causing a wound that required medical intervention, and he punched her in the chest, while Lana said he pushed her against a wall in October 2022.
