The tracks of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, in Montmeló, will host this weekend, October 7 and 8, the second edition of the e-Mobility Experience fair, where visitors can test the latest models of electric vehicles car The contest aims to raise awareness among the younger generation about sustainable mobility and encourage the purchase of cars, motorcycles, scooters and electric bicycles, which do not emit greenhouse gases and, therefore, do not pollute the environment.
Furthermore, the e-Mobility Experience wants to be the most important fair for electric mobility in southern Europe. In this sense, it will have the presence of the main brands: Circutor, CITIMOB, CUPRA, EBRO, Ecobike, Eleglide, FELO moto, Floox, Ford, Hispano Switzerland, Husqbarna, KEMPOWER, KTM, Lexus, Maquina Motors, Nissan, Polestar , Porsche, RACC, Ray, Reale Seguros, Renault, Silence, Tesla, Torrot, Toyota, Utron Racing, Vega Charges, Yamaha, Yotsuba motorcycles and Zeroid.
Visitors success in the first edition
The first edition of the fair was a success, as 15,173 people attended, more than 4,000 vehicle tests were conducted and there were more than 30 exhibitors.
This year there will again be motorcycle, scooter and bicycle circuits at the top of the paddock and you can also try a motorcycle simulator and, on Sunday, a car simulator. Also, electric karts can be tested, there will be round tables and a gastronomic area with live music.
Car tests at the Circuit will be conducted by Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Tesla, CUPRA and Polestar while Renault and Porsche will manage car tests in interurban areas without entering the Circuit. Regarding motorcycle tests, they will be done by Silence, Ray, Yamaha, Felo moto and Maquina Motors, and for children Torrot, Husqvarna, KTM and Yotsuba moto. Finally, bike tests will be done by Ecobike and Yamaha.
Collaboration with SX3
A novelty in the second edition of the e-Mobility Experience was the collaboration with SX3, which allowed the “supers” to enjoy free entry to the fair. In addition, exclusive activities are scheduled for “supers”, such as a circuit of electric motorcycles and e-drives to test them; a Meet & Great with Norman López for the winners of the SX3 contest and the possibility to test a car simulator assisted by Norman; BETA podcast recording; a performance and the signing of autographs.
In addition, young children will enjoy children’s activities during the weekend, such as a road training circuit with RACC, inflatables, a creative sustainable crafts workshop, a drawing contest and giant traditional games made of wood
