The English media points to that Rooneysecond all-time top scorer for the English national team, will soon become the coach of Birmingham Cityfrom the Championship, a competition he already knows from his time as coach of Derby County.
The English team decided to drop out John Eustace as manager recently despite being sixth because “it is important to implement a winning mentality and a culture of ambition throughout the club,” Birmingham said in its statement.
