journalist Simon Crafar interviews Aprilia Team Manager Wilco Zeelenbergabout the choice of tires of its two drivers, Miguel Oliveira and Raúl Fernández, and their response left everyone confused.

I don’t know anything about the girl, but Raúl feels good“replied the Dutchman. His words raised a wave of anger that forced him to give explanations afterwards.

In the interview before the race, some thought that my words about “girl” were referring to Miguel (Oliveira), but that was not the case.. If you look closely you will see that I am referring to the ‘grid girl’ next to us. “I will never speak negatively about any of our pilots,” Zeelenberg explained on social media.

Oliveira also wants to put an end to this matter posting an image on her Instagram account in which she appears to pose with Zeelenberg with the message “Wilco Zeelenberg and ‘the woman’“.

To add context, Rumors abound that Miguel Oliveira will leave Aprilia to join Honda next seasona decision that will not go down well with the Italian team.
