For this reason, the American platform did not hesitate to bet on some of the drivers on the current grid to be the protagonist of its first live sporting event, the ‘Netflix Cup’, a golf tournament in which four pairs of players , consisting of F1 drivers and professional golfers, will be released on November 14 at 00:00. The platform itself announced this Tuesday, a few days before the F1 United States GP.
Naa ‘Netflix Cup’ 4 F1 drivers and 4 top-level professional golfers will participate. The selected drivers are the biggest golf enthusiasts on the grid: Carlos Sainz, Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly and Lando Norris. On behalf of the PGA Tour they will participate Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas.
These 8 players will compete in pairs in a ‘match play’ tournament at Wynn Golf Club, in Las Vegas. The two best couples to reach the 8th hole will compete there in a final head-to-head match in search of the trophy.
