Forward Sávinho, from Girona, and full-back Vinícius Tobias, from Real Madrid Castilla, were called up by Brazil on Tuesday for preparatory training sessions ahead of the pre-Olympic soccer tournament, which will be held in January in Venezuela.
The Brazilian Olympic team will also have attackers Marcos Leonardo, from Santos and third leading scorer in the Brazilian league with 13 goals; and John Kennedyscorer of the goal that gave Fluminense the Copa Libertadores title on Saturday.
Internationals also include the goalkeeper Marcelo Pitaluga, of Liverpool, and the midfielder Andrew Santosfrom English Nottingham Forest.
The squad will train in São Paulo from November 13 to 21, a period in which the team does not have any friendlies scheduled.
Brazil will compete in the pre-Olympic tournament in Venezuela between January and February, where two teams will win a ticket to Paris 2024.
