La Real will present a record budget of 150 million on the 16-D Board

The Royal Society will present a record budget in its history of 150.67 million euros at its next General Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for December 14 at 7 pm at the Kursaal Conference Center on the second call. This is an increase of 22 million (14%) compared to last year. Participation in the Champions League and the continued growth of the club had a lot to do with this increase. Unlike last year, La Real closed the last financial year, 2022/23, with profits, particularly with a positive result of 5.7 million euros.

The television will pay 76 million euros

Regarding the most important thing, the expected income for this year increases significantly in almost all sections. The most notable is the one related to television rights, where Real will receive 76 million this 2023/24 financial year, 10 ‘kilo’ more than last year. It’s curious because, thanks to its success in the Champions League, Real has already exceeded the competition’s revenue forecast in November, which reached 34.8 million. The Champions League has already brought him 39.

Commercial income increased to 20.2 million from 12 million last year, that is, almost double. And those related to advertising reached 5.3 ‘kilo’ from 4.7. Members pay from 10 million to 14, it is understood that for the Champions League Europe Bonus.

97 million in personnel costs

As far as expenses are concerned, there is a logical increase in those related to personnel, which goes from 93.8 to 97, and those related to salaries and wages of the first team, from 82 to 88.2 million. This gives an estimated result of close to three million euros gross per football player, approximately 1.5 million net on average per player.

La Real also budgeted to invest 20 million in player signings this year.
