The UAE Team Emirates professional cycling teama team in which the Slovenian Tadej Pogacar and the Spanish Juan Ayuso are active, among other highly prestigious runners, announced this Monday that he will conduct part of his preseason in the province of Alicante and that he will stay in a hotel in La Nucía.
The team will focus on Alicante to prepare for the season from December 10 to 21 and will have the Barceló La Nucía Hills Hotel as its headquarters.
UAE Team Emirates has also announced that it will organize an open day for the media on December 18.
The Pogacar team is one of the first in the international squad to officially confirm its concentration in Alicante, although in the coming days other teams, such as Jumbo, who usually stay in Mutxamel, are expected to announce their preseason venues.
