Morocco’s national coach, Walid Regraguihas called 55 players to preliminary list of the Atlas Lions ahead of the African Cup of Nations, which will be held in Ivory Coast next January and February.
Among the summoned list are Munir El Hadidi. The Amazigh judge from UD Las Palmas should join the call with a delegation of 54 players such as Ghanem Saiss, Hakim Ziyach and Azz-eddine, among others.
Regragui will announce the final national team squad at the beginning of January, which is expected to consist of 23 players, with the possibility of adding four players to the reserve list.
The Moroccan soccer team is in Group 6 of the final stage of the African Cup of Nations, along with teams from Tanzania, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where UD Las Palmas player Omenuke Mfulu also plays.
