Botswana Ross branch (Bayani) became the new leader of the Dakar rally on motorcycles by winning the first stage in Al-Henakiyah of 414 km of the special, marked by the premature retirement of the winner of the prologue and first leader, the Spaniard Tosha Schareinawhich he stopped to help when he set the best time of the special and they gave him back the 25’30” he spent next to him.
