Keler, the beer of Donostia since 1872, and Real Sociedad join forces to celebrate the ‘Kuadrilla Keler’, a meeting where male and female players Martin Zubimendi, Brace Mendez, Alvaro Odriozola, Ane Etxezarreta and Lorena Navarroand five Txuri-Urdine fans were able to spend an afternoon with friends in the Reale Arena’s Keler Espazioa.
The fans who attended the match were selected through an online raffle launched by Kaler and the blue and white club on January 24, thanks to which the winner and four of his friends met some of the Real stars.
The raffle winners had the chance to share a fun chat around a table and of course, some Kaler, with their idols. An afternoon where they tested their knowledge about the Club and about Kaler –official sponsor of Real Sociedad since 2006–, shared anecdotes and got to know the players more deeply. In addition, the fans were given some Real t-shirts which, together with the players’ photos and signatures, will be the best souvenir of an unforgettable afternoon.
Keler and the Royal Society
Keler has been an official sponsor of Real Sociedad since 2006, a commitment that has been renewed each season due to its strong bond and common values with Real, a club it has supported throughout its history. Together they shared historic moments – such as the club’s centenary celebration – and supported players and fans in campaigns that are now part of the memory of Txuri-Urdines fans. Since 2022, the Reale Arena also has the Keler Espazioa, a gastronomic and entertainment space that has been a meeting place for the Reale family.
The sponsorship with Real Sociedad is another example of Keler’s connection to the sport and to one of the clubs with the greatest tradition in the world of football, which, like Keler, has been part of Basque culture for more than a century. . Within the framework of its commitment to sport, the brand continues to participate in sporting actions and events in the Basque Country.
About Keler
Keler, a brewery founded in Donostia, has always been associated with Basque culture. Keler’s recipe stands out for its taste: it contains a larger amount of malt and corn – which enhances its creaminess and intensifies its flavor – and a moderate proportion of hops, which gives a pleasant bitterness. An unmistakable recipe that has earned it more than 50 international awards throughout its 150-year history. In recent months, Keler won the Gold medal at the Frankfurt International Trophy 2022 and the silver medal at the London Beer Competition 2022, as well as two Stars at the Superior Taste Awards in Brussels 2022.
