Lance Armstrong’s reflection on Draymond Green: “He’s a bastard but…”

Already cashed in and with his figure suddenly plummeting for the seven Tours de France he won with banned substances, it became Lance Armstrong having fun as a podcast host.

The former Texas cyclist had last week Blake Griffin as if invited. The 34-year-old power forward is without a team after not being renewed by the Boston Celtics last year.

In a conversation that mainly revolved around the NBA, Griffin and Armstrong talk about the NBA’s ‘scumbags’. And, since it cannot be otherwise, the figure of Draymond Greenabout which the former cyclist left an interesting reflection.

“He comes out like a bastard (on the track),” Armstrong said. “But I talked to this guy and he’s a different person, it’s something that comes out when he walks out on the runway, but if you met him on a plane, at a dinner you’d say ‘this guy is amazing , intelligent, he is a good communicator… I want to make plans with him,” said the former winner of seven Tours de France.

“It’s true that they accused me of being a bastard, but sometimes you have to be the best,” Lance Armstrong also said, remaining in Jordan over LeBron as the best of all time.
