Two strokes behind the two leading golfers was South Korean Hye-Jin Choiwhich this Friday was the best at the US Open with a -7 card.
Also two strokes behind Harigae and Lee was Anna Nordqvist of Sweden.
At Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina, USA the only Hispanic still in competition after two days was Spanish Carlota Ciganda with a total of +1 (-2 this Friday).
