Jude Bellingham explained yesterday, in a short interview with CBS, that Michael Richards, a former Manchester City footballer (2005-15) who now presents a program on an English network, made a bet on him if Real Madrid would win and regrets not being able to make it happen. The promise is that Richards will wear a Real Madrid shirt during his program.
“He was supposed to wear the Madrid shirt after the little bet we made, so I’m disappointed because I don’t see him doing it. I hope we see him in the semi-final,” joked Belingham after the game, leaving the ball on the roof said Richards. CBS folks have previously worn rival teams’ jerseys after losing bets. Jamie Carragher, formerly of Liverpool, and Richards himself wore Arsenal shirts at times during the programme.
