Carl Frampton shares fitness plans after he became ‘fat as sex’

Date:

Carl Frampton has revealed how he’s at the height of the new fitness rush after becoming “fat as shit”.

The two-time world boxing champion has always been in great shape, but it is understood that he stepped in after retiring last year.

But at the age of 35, Jackal decided to do his best to try to lose weight.

She shared her plans on Instagram Wednesday, where she updated fans as she took a few steps toward walking.

In a video posted to Insta Stories, Frampton said, “What happens to everyone. So I set new goals. And because I tell everyone that when you say that, you have to do something.”

“You have to be responsible.

“My new goal is to do at least 15,000 steps a day. Maybe 20,000, and we’ll try 20,000, but I’d be happy with 15,000.

And a little exercise a week. But a lot of walking, and I’ll tell you why.

“Because I’m fat like a freak. Look at my chin. I needed a shot, f**k.”

Frampton lost weight after running a TC60 fitness plan from good friend and former gym employee Tommy Coyle.

But he admits he’s back again.

He added, “I lost weight when doing TC60 with Tribe, but I went back and gained weight. .

“I don’t really like training, so I walk.

“I do a few sessions a week. For example, weight training sessions. I don’t care about weight and weird running.

But walking is gentle and purifying, good for the mind, and good for the soul.

“So, let’s see if I can start losing weight.”
