He Municipal Palace of Manlleu (Barcelona) will host a boxing evening on Saturday, May 11, organized by Hook School Boxing Club Manlleu in collaboration with Manlleu City Council and the Catalan Amateur Boxing Federation.
The competition will last until approximately 921.00 hours and will feature boxing matches in various categories, both male and female. 9 of the 15 matches will be between Catalan competitors and the English team, and the rest between boxers from across Catalonia and Andorrans.
During rest there will be a projection of a video in memory and tribute to Xavi Moya died from a motorcycle accident in October. Moya is a World Champion in contact blade and kung fu and an outstanding boxer with a long career. He is closely linked to Hook School Club Boxeo Manlleu due to the close friendship he shares with El Idrissi.
