He Real Betis announced this Thursday, June 27, the numbers of Capital increase after closing the second round of the same on the evening of Wednesday, June 26, in which 14.6 million euros have been subscribed which, together with the 20.5 million executed in the first, represents a total of 35.1 million subscribed, almost 81.8% of total of 42.9 million euros issued (a total of 117,500 shares at 365.44 euros each).
“The second round of the capital increase of Real Betis was closed last night with the subscription of 14.6 million euroswhich, with the 20.5 million initially subscribed, represents a total of 35.1 million, almost a 81.8% of the number of shares contemplated in this increase (117,500 shares).
In total, 408 shareholders subscribed new securities in this second round (40,029, 65.17% of those offered). These 408 shareholders, 308 have exercised their right to subscribe to all those associated with them. Therefore, they will all be in the third round, which starts this Saturday, June 29.
Between Thursday and Friday, June 27 and 28, they will be attended to and repaired happenings of the recently completed episode.
The Club wants to repeat thank you of all shareholders for participating in this capital increase and contributing their grain of sand to this process,” said the note made public by Real Betis.
In the first round they already subscribed 20.5 million euros which is 42.9% of the total capital increase (AC). In the 2nd round, 14.6M were subscribed, representing 34.0% of the total AC. In total, 35.1M are subscribed, which is 81.8% of the total. 7.8M remain subscribed, which is 19.2% of AC and there are more than 60,000 non-shareholders who will, of course, be offered the opportunity to buy shares in the final round.
