Toni Bou (Montesa) won this Sunday the second scoring test for world open-air trial, held as first in L’Hospitalet de l’Infant (Tarragona), in this case with a margin point on Jaime Busto (Vertigo)winner on Saturday of the inaugural event.
Bou, a fifteen -time world champion (he also has 15 indoor titles), bounced back from his defeat the previous day and won with 10 penalty points, one less than Biscayan Jaime Busto.
After the first two rounds of the World Cup, the overall leader was Busto and Bou shared the overall lead with 37 points.
The podium, which is far from 32, was completed by two-time world champion Adam Raga (TRRS). They finished Jorge Casales (Scorpa), with 43; Gabriel Marcelli (Montesa), with 45; and Miquel Gelabert (GasGas), with 50.
Next weekend the tournament will continue with two trials in the Andorran town of Sant Julià de Lòria.
