Rocha’s final disqualification, at the hands of ordinary justice

In July 2023, they granted it to the president of the Olympic Shooting Federation, Miguel Francés, who was disqualified for one year by TAD. In this case, Pedro Rocha can continue as president of the RFEF and even stand for election in September.

If the Litigation Court rejects Pedro Rocha’s appeal, immediately after the RFEF will conduct the disqualification.
