Date:

The goalkeeper of Tenerife, B Moha Ramos, 24, was arrested and will be sent to prison by order of the Criminal Court number 7 of Madrid to serve a sentence for a crime of driving with alcohol and two others for injuries , reported the Club of Justice of the Canary Islands.

The young Canarian goalkeeper, trained at the Real Madrid youth academy, was arrested this weekend by the Civil Guard in Lanzarote, where his team had gone to play a friendly match against Unión Sur Yaiza.

Mohamed Airam Ramos is free until now because he was given a suspended sentence. That benefit was revoked by the sentencing court and has now ordered his arrest and imprisonment, the TSJC said.

This Sunday, after learning of his arrest, CD Tenerife made itself available to the authorities. “The Tenerife entity wishes to express, with absolute clarity, its most complete rejection of past, present or future behavior and/or behavior that undermines the image of this century-old institution,” said of the club in a press release.
