The Spaniard ensured that he did not suffer from the physical problems that hindered him in his previous individual duel against Griekspoor.
“The doubles is not as demanding as the singles, with the support with the right leg I have no discomfort, it’s pretty good. We will do everything we can to recover it as much as possible and go out tomorrow without pain and not putting the time is in danger,” he commented.
Alcaraz stated that they do not feel the pressure of the whole country expecting them to leave Paris with gold around their necks.

The player assured that Tuesday’s game was “better” than the first: “In the net position, in the plays, I think everything has been better. It’s normal to start a little doubtful, but while we have chance we will go better”.
