The Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Red Bull Bora)second overall in the Vuelta after the stage of Cuito Negrosaid he was happy with his performance despite being penalized 20 seconds for getting behind a car to rejoin the peloton after stopping to change bikes.
“It’s a good performance after a difficult stage and week. But it’s good to gain time instead of losing it, isn’t it? It’s difficult,” said the three-time Vuelta winner at the finish line.
