Sofascore has announced the winners of the Player of the Season award

Sofascorethe popular sports platform with live results and statistics, has announced the list of winners of the Player of the Season award for the 2023/2024 season. Based on the universally recognized Sofascore rating system, these awards celebrate consistent excellence and determination shown throughout the season and not just brief moments of genius. Among the winners of this prestigious award are: Kylian Mbappé (Ligue 1), Jude Bellingham (La Liga), Rodri (Premier League), Ewa Pajor (Women’s Bundesliga), Harry Kane (Bundesliga), Caroline Graham Hansen (F League) and Khadija Shaw (Women’s Super League). With markets ending the season in December, the award will recognize the best players in 50 leagues around the world.

A trophy with a symbolic legacy

This year, the Player of the Season trophies have a special meaning. In the Field of Dreams campaign, Sofascore collaborated with Brazilian soccer legend Zico to refurbish the soccer field at his academy in Rio de Janeiro. Each trophy includes a piece of Zico’s renovated academy football field, symbolizing the connection between each player’s origins and their rise to greatness.
