The Catalan cyclist Marc Soler will continue in the series of UAE Team Emirates until 2027while the young man from Madrid Pablo Torres18, is making the step up to the professional ranks for next season by rising through the ranks from the UAE Gen Z development team and signing his professional contract until 2030.
Solera 30-year-old climber, joined the UAE Team in 2022 and his renewal came just a month after the Vuelta a España, where he won a stage and took the prize for fighting back.
“I feel very happy to be able to continue in the team and grateful for the trust they gave to me. In this team I find a good balance between personal ambitions and helping my colleagues on a career basis, and it’s a combination that I really enjoy. The team is having a good time now and at every race there is a family atmosphere. I want to continue at the highest level for the next few years and help you win many races along the way.“said Soler, after his renewal.
Another rider still with the UAE Team, although in his case moving to the World Tour team after spending the 2024 season competing with the UAE Gen Z development team, is Pablo Torres.
The young man from Madrid, who signed up to 2030achieved great success in his first year as an under-23 with second place overall in the Giro d’Italia Next Gen and won the queen’s stage and finished second overall in the Tour del Porvenir.
