He Grand Slam Track came to revolutionize the world of athletics. With prizes of up to $100,000 and a format designed for spectacle, the new international circuit sponsored by the former American sprinter Michael Johnson is recruiting the best athletes in the world to compete in this league that will begin in 2025 and will have four annual stops, the first in Los Angeles.
On the Grand Slam Track A total of 96 athletes will compete, 48 men and 48 women, divided into six groups:
- Short sprints (100m and 200m)
- Short hurdles (110m hurdles and 100m)
- Long sprint (200m and 400m)
- Long hurdles (400m hurdles and 400m)
- Middle distance (800m and 1,500m)
- Depth (3,000m and 5,000m).
