UEFA is taking action with fines for the use of flares

The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Committee has decided on financial fines and the partial closure of the clubs’ stadium sectors Celtic, Legia Warsaw, IF Elfsborg and Lille for the use of flares by some of their respective fans in European competition matches.
