“Two good days ago, it was a good test against a good player”Nadal said at the foot of the track.
“The goal is fulfilled, play a few games here. This time, Auger-Aliassime is a bit better than me, so congratulations to him. I have to keep working for the rest of the days, but I’m getting positive things, ”he added.
Nadal will make his debut next Tuesday against Argentine Francisco Cerúndolo in the first round of Wimbledon, where he will continue to prepare for the next three days.
“Everything needs to improve a little bit. I need to improve, but as usual. This is our life. Every day you have to try to be better. I haven’t been able to play on this surface in three years, so every day is a test, a chance to get better. Hopefully I’ll be ready to start the competition, ”the 22-time Grand Slam champion concluded.
