This was indicated this Monday by one of the organizers of the sporting event, the TopTime events manager, Pablo Gonzálezat the press conference where this edition was presented, which wants to reposition the capital of Gran Canaria as a showcase for health and sports, in a race that It became the third in the number of San Silvestre runners in the entire country.

Pablo González emphasized how this race draws attention to the streets of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria mainly because of the good weather, which allowing for a run above 20 degrees in temperature on December 31something that can hardly be seen anywhere else in Europe.

Regarding the route, the manager of TopTime indicated that it will be the same as last year, so you will not only enjoy the streets of the city, mainly León and Castilleor, but also from the coast, passing through Avenida Marítima between the Julio Luengo tunnels and San Telmo park.

The president of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, Antonio Morales, also participated in the presentation, his Sports Councilor, Aridany Romeroand the mayor of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Carolina Dariaswho praised the San Silvestre values ​​and projections of the capital.
