“According to the analysis of the two evaluation reports, it was determined that all the candidates exceeded the minimum requirements to organize the World Cup and automatically pass the consideration of the Extraordinary Congress of FIFA,” FIFA said.
The agency also confirmed that independent audit reports concluded that both review processes were “conducted with objectivity, integrity and transparency.”
