The FC Barcelona decided to fire Paco Seirul.loemblematic employee linked to the club for 46 years. Tot Costa, from Catalunya Ràdioreports Seirul.lo, Area Director of Methodology in his final stages, he left the entity nearly five decades after his arrival.

Seirul lo is the only member of the ‘Dream Team’ to win the first European Cup for Barça, having gone through various positions in his long and successful career and is widely remembered for his innovative contribution to physical preparation of professional teams.

Last summer, FC Barcelona awarded five of the six members of the procedure area. Now it is Seirul lo who, who will not extend his professional relationship with the club after June 30, the date on which a contract renewed annually will expire.

Born in 1945, he graduated in Fiscal Education in 1972 and taught at various schools and universities, began working as a national athletics coach in 1975 and later a year as a full professor at the INEF of the University of Barcelona. In 1978 he began working with FC Barcelona, ​​starting as coach of the club’s athletics teams and, from 1982, working as a physical trainer for the handball team, with Valero Rivera as a coach. By the 90s he was already working Johan Cruyff on the soccer first team and appointed head of the club’s physical coaches. After 46 years in the service of the entity, Seirul.lo will leave Barça.
