He Rayo Vallecano closed the year with an open-door training session that had a large presence of fans, mostly children, who were able to fulfill their dream of seeing their idols up close and getting a photo or autograph with them.
They did not attend the session, as happened on Monday, by Raúl de Tomás or James Rodríguez. Neither of the two forwards is in the plans of Íñigo Pérez, Vallecano coach, so their absence can be interpreted as a first step towards the exit door.
However, the reason is not RDT neither James who attended these two sessions was because the first one was in the process of recovering from him painwhile the second has permission from the club to join the daily routine later, taking into account the fact that he traveled to Colombia to celebrate the Christmas with their families.
