2024 is a good year for a ‘modest’ cycling team like Kern Pharma. Not all formations UCI Pro Team it can be said that they achieved three wins in the three-week great cycling tour, which they achieved in the legs of Pablo Castrillo (Movistar Team rider) and Urko Berradewhich is still in the pharmaceutical structure.
The team itself defined its performance at La Vuelta as memorable and historic, references that should serve as a springboard this year for the Kern Pharma Team, as stated by team manager Juanjo Oroz: “We want to convey a message of hope, that by working and believing in yourself you can achieve incredible things like the three victories achieved in La Vuelta. Therefore, our goal is to improve on 2024. We know better and we have the tools to work better than last year, so we hope that the results are the result of our daily work.”
These statements were made this Monday at the launch of the Kern Pharma Team and the Finisher Team. A total of 22 cyclists make up the Kern Pharma Team roster for 2025. Four of them (Ibai Azanza, Pablo Carrascosa, Haimar Etxeberria and Nil Gimeno) promote from the subsidiary, the Finisher Team, and Mats Wenzel and Ivan Ramiro Sosa They add international value to the project.
