Laia Sanz received the Golden Helmet at the RFME Champions Gala

The pilot Laia Sanz the star of this Wednesday of Gala of Champions of the Royal Spanish Motorcycle Federation (RFME), held at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee, in Madrid, and where he received the Golden helmet in an event where national motorcycling celebrated 14 world titles and 7 European titles, as well as 26 international podiums achieved by national pilots in 2024.

In 2024, Spain became the first country in history to achieve the four most important motorcycling titles: MotoGP (Jorge Martín), Trial (Toni Bou), Enduro (Josep García) and Motocross (Jorge Prado). To that feat, we should add another 10 world championships, 7 European Championships and up to 26 podium positions.

To commemorate this, the RFME held the World Champions Gala this Wednesday at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee, in Madrid. The most special moment of the event came at the delivery Laia Sanz of RFME Golden Helmetintended for an entity or person who has contributed exceptionally to the growth of Spanish motorcycling and is recognized beyond our borders.

In this way, RFME pays tribute to Laia Sanz, winner of 14 women’s world trials titles, 6 women’s enduro world titles and 11 dakars.
