Poston arrived as leader on the final day of the John Deere Classic

Leader from day one, the American JT Poston retained his privileged position at the John Deere Classic on Saturday and start Sunday with three shots ahead to win the tournament.

The Argentinian Emiliano Grillo was one of three golfers tied for second position and they will try to pursue Poston.

The American on Saturday signed a -4 card (one eagle, 4 birdies and 2 bogeys) and accumulated -19 after three days.

For his part, Grillo got a valuable -6 this Saturday (7 birdies and a bogey) and He will appear on Sunday with a total of -16 and the possibility to fight for the title.

The -16 also included the Americans after three days Scott Stallings and Denny McCarthy.

At the TPC Deere Run, in the Silvis community (Illinois, USA), Argentinean Fabián Gómez continues the competition, signing the course pair this Saturday and having a -3 overall.

The John Deere Classic takes place this week in conjunction with the hosting of LIV Golf, the controversial new league funded by the government of Saudi Arabia, at the Portland Invitational in Portland, USA.
