The Roman Prosecutor’s Office on Monday was asked to archive the investigation for accounting fraud Francesco Totti.
According to an investigation conducted in recent months, ‘Guard Di Finanza’ (Police Police Story), Totti has not announced VAT of many of his advertising actions for five years when he completed his career as a footballer, which he completed in 2017.
Totti’s debt, as Italian media announced Monday, was not too high for the footballer, but the fines and subsequent interests increased the figure to nearly a million euros.
According to the aforementioned resources, the prosecutor’s office has asked to archive the investigation because Totti has resulted in debt along with the treasury in recent months.
