Two cyclists were killed while competing in the amateur race of Tour de Flanders this Saturday and a third participant would need to be resuscitated, according to Belgian media.
One of the deceased was a Dutch cyclist who experienced a heart arrest after being indisised.
“Despite the rapid help and effort of resuscitation, the person died of a heart failure,” said the organization of the organization “We rode Flanders”, Gert Van Goolen.
