The Spanish team returned to work in the town of Bisham Abbey after beating Finland 4-1 in the first group stage match of the European Championship. The beautiful atmosphere, the smiles and the feeling of having fulfilled expectations in the debut against Finland were the tone of the preparation session.
The team trained in a morning session. First, players who didn’t play against Finland or didn’t start, jumped on the pitch, while starters did recovery work. The latter performed conservation and bodybuilding exercises in the gym, while the substitutes completed activation training on the playing field.
In the afternoon, the group rested in the afternoon, most of which they took advantage of to walk in the small town where La Roja’s headquarters are located. Training will continue on the Sunday before the match against Germany.
