Enzo Maresca, Chelsea’s coach, was satisfied after the end of the time with goals to win the Leisure League and qualified for the next edition of the Champions League although he recognized the difficulties his team had in the early part.
“I knew at first we were going to spend, that they would start strong. We played a 100 -minute game on Sunday to achieve a major goal to enter the Champions League and Betis played 48 hours before a game without anything,” Italian recalled.
“At rest we fit a few things and in the second part we got better,” he told Movistar. “We are happy because the goal is to get into champions for two years and we have achieved it at first. The two goals are very important and it’s time to enjoy,” he added.
“The team is young and of a lot of quality, but we are starting to understand that there is not enough quality. We need effort and work and we are on the right path,” Maresca greeted himself, given the Talent of Isco and Palmer. “I told Isco at the end of the game. It has a quality that has a difference. Palmer is also very good but there are things to improve,” he said.
