Yann sommer, One of the architects of Barcelona’s removal in the semifinals of the Champions League, has no night, like its Inter partners, in the final against PSG (5-0).
“It’s hard to explain,” says Swiss’s goal after adapting to a history win. “We make a bad game, a bad performance and PSG is clearly winning. We have to say it. We have a lot of things bad against a team that plays so fast and puts good balls between the lines.”
Sommer is self -critical. “We have no courage. We have not been compact against a team that is constantly changing position. We have given them a lot of spaces and it has been easy for them now.”
Inter chose the triplet until the end of time but finally run out of title. “We’re not happy for it, obviously,” Sommer admitted. “Tonight is a great opportunity to win a great trophy, but I’m proud of this group. We made a very good champion season but it has been a bad final for us. Sometimes it’s in life.”
