Sergio Higuita, winner this 2022 of the Volta a Catalunya, as well as the Colombian road championship and a stage in the Vuelta al Algarve and another in the Tour de Romandía, won the Przemysl line with a time of 5h 25m 46s.
At the same time they entered Spanish Pello Bilbao (Bahrain-Victorious) and the Belgians Quinten Hermans (Intermarché-Wanty-Gobert Matériaux)second and third, respectively.
