Opel Astra diesel: unsurpassed in consumption and autonomy

Date:

With a tank of 52 liters, the Astra can cover more than 1,000 kilometers

The current generation of the Opel Astra, already developed under the mantle of Stellantis, shares a platform, engines and technology with the Peugeot 308. The German model has
a more sober design and more space in the back seat. In addition, the seating position is more traditional than in the 308, something that all those drivers who are not convinced of Peugeot’s i-cockpit may like.

For this video test, we have counted on the diesel variant of the Astra coupled to a manual gearbox. The benefits are good and the consumption figures excellent, with a
an average of 5.5 l/100 km.
