A 47-year-old Rotterdammer was driving east with his car and trailer on the A12 around 4:00 PM, when shortly after entering the Wiltentunnel, the transported bench, which was secured with two expanders, suddenly slipped from the trailer and fell onto the road. .
It happened a short time later: another 21-year-old motorcyclist was no longer able to react in time. Despite attempting to dodge it, the young man crashed into the bench lying on the road and fell.
With rescue to the clinic
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries. After first aid at the accident site, the 21-year-old was taken by ambulance to the Innsbruck clinic.
