On Tuesday evening, a special emergency call was made to the volunteer fire brigade of Hermagor in Carinthia: a kitten was trapped in the engine compartment of a car.
At 9 p.m., the volunteer fire brigade was called to their new home in Hermagor. They immediately set to work to free the animal. “We have removed the air intakes in the front apron,” explains the fire service. “This allowed us to free the kitten very quickly.”
Blessing in disguise
It was not possible to clarify who the owner of the kitten was during the operation: “Fortunately, a comrade took it home. There they can recover from the action.” If you miss a kitten in Hermagor, you can always contact the Hermagor fire brigade.
