Fatal accident Monday morning in the Tyrolean Stubai Valley: When a 38-year-old pedestrian was trying to cross a street in Fulpmes, she was hit by a car. The woman suffered serious injuries.
The accident happened shortly before 7 a.m.: a 52-year-old resident in Fulpmes drove his car through the underpass of Stubaitalstraße and then turned left onto the Greit municipal road. “There was a collision with the 38-year-old Slovak who was about to cross the road on foot,” the police said.
Injured person admitted to hospital
The woman suffered serious injuries. After receiving first aid at the accident site, she was taken by ambulance to the Innsbruck clinic.
