Early Wednesday morning, the daughter of the missing woman reported to the police that her mother had disappeared. She had an appointment with a friend, but was not reachable.

Search started
As a result, a major search was launched involving volunteer fire brigade, mountain rescue and police. In addition, a drone with a thermal imager and a drone with a searchlight were used and all footpaths and walking paths in the vicinity of the location were searched. The search was interrupted shortly before midnight and resumed early Wednesday morning.
The woman is said to be wearing long black Kilimanjaro hiking pants, ankle-high blue-green hiking boots and a blue raincoat. Police are asking for useful information about the missing woman.
