On Wednesday there were two accidents on ski slopes in Obertauern and Königsleiten in Salzburg. The perpetrators fled. Two German women ended up in hospital.
Then it hit! Two German holidaymakers fell victim to two skiers on Wednesday. Around 11 a.m., a previously unknown perpetrator drove into a 48-year-old in Königsleiten near Wald im Pinzgau. The accident happened on runway 52. The seriously injured woman had to be taken to the hospital in Zell am See with the rescue helicopter “Martin 6”.
In Obertauern, another unknown perpetrator broke an arm in a 60-year-old from Germany. He had run over the skier from behind on red run 5a. The piste rescue brought the holidaymaker to the valley for medical care. The police are calling on witnesses to provide information.
