A suspect allegedly opened fire on the crowd with an assault weapon
At least nine people have been killed in a mass shooting in Monterey Park, a predominantly Asian city in southern California on the west coast of the United States, local authorities reported Sunday. The congregation celebrated the end of the Chinese year and thousands of people had come.
