The fact that the 31-year-old Italian could be transferred at all is due to the attentiveness of the officials on duty. During a routine checkup, they suspected something was wrong with the man because of the man’s strange behavior.
Italian was a walking drug camp
An X-ray examination in the hospital explained the nervous commotion: the Italian was a walking drug dealer and had hidden more than a hundred plastic packages containing about a kilo of heroin and more than 100 grams of cocaine in his intestines. He was then allowed to dispose of the contraband in a specially equipped toilet. The total value of the drugs is around 30,000 euros.
